Search and rescue teams evacuate passengers injured after three subway cars derailed in Moscow, Russia. The cars derailed in a tunnel between Slaviansky Boulevard and Park Pobedy (Victory Park) stations in the west on the city. Officials have blamed the derailment on a decrease in high voltage on the line, which caused the train to brake suddenly.
