European leaders ended their financial summit Friday after being unable to agree on a long-term budget.
BRUSSELS — A European Union summit charged with agreeing on a long-term budget for the 27-nation bloc has ended without a deal.
EU diplomatic sources say the meeting is over. They spoke Friday only on condition of anonymity in line with common practice.
They said the talks would resume at another summit, likely early next year.
