Computer Glitch Delays Civil Unions At Dept. Of Health
Computer problems caused a back up at the marriage licensing office at the Health Department, on what was the first day couples could receive their official civil union license. But the couples say a long wait Tuesday morning was minor in the larger scope of this historic day.
