Forbes magazine has released it's annual list of the richest people in America, also known as the Forbes 400. The billionaires on the list have an average net worth of $5 billion and a combined net worth of $2 trillion, both the highest ever. It took a net worth of $1.3 billion to make the 2013 list, up from $1.1 billion last year.

This year's list includes 20 newcomers and 48 women. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg (No. 20, $19 billion), shared the honor of youngest to make the list with fellow 29-year-old Dustin Moskovitz, who also earned his fortune from Facebook. The oldest billionaire to make the list was David Rockefeller Sr., who came in at No. 198 with $2.8 billion.
