Actress/singer calls 'Hunger Games' actor 'hubby' in Cosmopolitan interview
UNCONFIRMED: Rumor has it the young couple secretly tied the knot
In the lengthy interview with Cosmopolitan, set to hit newsstands Feb. 5, Cyrus, 20, talks about how she's happy to be out of the dating pool: "I'm so happy I'm married, because you guys are so cruel." Cyrus' rep has not commented on the rumors.
Cyrus' remarks add even more fuel to the rumors of their wedding taking place before the holidays. In December, she tweeted photos of Hemsworth and her posing by a Christmas tree and sporting bands around their ring fingers.
In the event that Cyrus and Hemsworth, 23, still are merely engaged, the former "Hannah Montana" star has said she wants a small, private wedding.
"I can't even get coffee without a million paparazzi following me, so I don't know why anyone thinks I'm going to have this huge, extravagant wedding," Cyrus said. "That is so not who I am."
"Hunger Games: Catching Fire," in which Hemsworth plays Gale Hawthorne, claimed the title as this year's most-anticipated movie at MTV Movie Brawl 2013. The movie hits theaters Nov. 22. (Watch a trailer here.)
The first installment in the trilogy, "The Hunger Games," earned nearly $700 million worldwide. In North America, it was the 13th-highest-grossing film, bringing in $408,010,692.
