Singer Toni Braxton is recovering at home following a hospital stay related to complications from lupus.
Singer Toni Braxton has been released from hospital following a blood clots scare and is recovering at home with the help of a nurse.
The R&B star was hospitalized last week after she was struck down with the dangerous complication stemming from lupus, an autoimmune condition which attacks healthy body tissue. Braxton took to Twitter to thank fans for their support while she was in the hospital, and has now revealed she was discharged on Saturday.
Braxton is now resting at home and she has been assigned a nurse to help during her recovery. In a post on Twitter, she writes, "I have a nurse coming to the house for a couple (of) days... Feeling a little better today, my nurse just left, just happy to be home!"
