When: December 2012

What happened: The IRS seized Lohan's assets in an effort to regain back taxes owed. The troubled starlet was back in court Dec. 12 for charges relating to her June car crash (the results of the hearing?); she was also arrested in November after punching another patron at a Manhattan nightclub. Which famous friend recently gave her $100,000 to help with her tax bill?

Kevin Clash

When: November 2012

Jerramy Stevens and Hope Solo

When: November 2012

What happened: Jerramy Stevens, new husband of Hope Solo, was arrested for a parole violation (get the latest) in Florida on Nov. 28, after he was arrested in Washington state for investigation of assault earlier in the month. Police said the victim of the alleged assault was Solo; however, she married him the same day he got out of jail. She has been defending him on Twitter ever since. Read her comments.

When: November 2012

When: September 2012

What happened: Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge and wife of Prince William, was photographed topless while sunbathing at a private residence.
